1. Can I trust you?
Absolutely, we are a team set up since 2018, and we have our own brand registered - HalloLadies™. Besides, we accept payments via Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Our online shop is constantly monitored, so we would not be able to continue our services if we had a high rate of dissatisfied customers.
2. Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
3. Where are the products shipping from?
Normally ships from HongKong or Shenzhen.
4. How long will you need to fulfill order?
Fulfillment time takes 2- 5 working days.
5. What's the delivery time?
Due to the high demand on our products, delivery time is estimated between 7 days to 4 weeks maximum, although it's generally much faster.
6. My package has not arrived, is this normal?
Abnormal, all the parcels we sent were trackable. If the tracking shows parcel delivered and you did NOT get it, simply drop us an email and we will check with carrier and get things right ASAP.
7. Why is delivery takes so much longer in some countries?
Our goods are located abroad, which allows us to offer you the items at very competitive, and discounted rates.
8. My item is damaged, can I get a refund?
If the item arrives broken, please contact us at the first time you got the parcel and send us some images, and we will arrange the new replacement to you ASAP.
9. I am not satisfied with my order, can I be reimbursed?
Please contact us within 10 days from receiving the product if you are not satisfied. All you will need to do is return the item, and we will issue a refund. The cost to return the product is at your own expense.
